Chicken Qeema Curry Masala Recipe



  • Chicken mince 1/2kg
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Red chili (powder) 2tbsp
  • Turmeric (haldi)powder 1/2tbsp
  • Cumin(zeera) 1-1/2tbsp
  • Coriander(dhania) 1-1/2tbsp
  • Oil 1/4cup
  • All spices (whole) 2tbsp


In a pan heat oil and fry onion, ginger, and garlic. Add and fry the chicken mince, red chili, and turmeric powder for 10 minutes. Add all spices, coriander(dhania powder), cumin(zeera), and fry for 5mins more. Now add salt and 4 cups of water cover it and cook for 30 minutes more. Now remove the cover dry out water and serve.
