Chicken Qeema Curry Masala Recipe



  • Chicken mince 1/2kg
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Red chili (powder) 2tbsp
  • Turmeric (haldi)powder 1/2tbsp
  • Cumin(zeera) 1-1/2tbsp
  • Coriander(dhnia) 1-1/2tbsp
  • Oil 1/4cup
  • All spices (whole) 2tbsp

In a pan heat oil and fry onion, ginger, and garlic. Now add and fry the chicken mince, red chili, and turmeric powder for 10mins. Now add whole all spices, coriander(dhania powder), cumin(zeera), and fry for 5mins more. Now add salt and 4 cups of water and cover it and cook for 30mins more. Now remove the cover and dry out water and serve.
