Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken fillet (thigh) 500gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp

BATTER:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour(mkai ata) 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Burger:

  • Bun as required
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Ice berg as required
  • Cheese slice as required

Method:
Mix chicken with all spices in a mixing bowl cook for 2 hours in the fridge. Mix all ingredients of batter in a bowl. Mix 2 tbsp of batter in water keeps aside. Coat chicken with dry batter then dips in liquid batter again coat with dry batter fry till golden color comes.

Burger Making :
Apply mayonnaise on base on a bun then place iceberg. Keep chicken patty then place cheese slice. Add tomato and ketchup cover with bun and serve it.
