  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil (for frying) as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 1 ½ cup
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Ginger pods 2-3
  • Garlic cloves 2-3
