  • Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil (for frying) as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 1 ½ cup
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Ginger pods 2-3
  • Garlic cloves 2-3

  • Prepared onion tomato puree
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing

Step 1

Soak the split chickpeas and place them in a blender; mix until smooth.
