Dajaj With Tomato Rice Recipe


Ingredients For Dajjaj

  • Chicken with skin half
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste(adrk lehson) 1tbsp
  • Vinegar(sirka) ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Tomato paste 2tbsp
  • Red orange color ¼ tsp
  • Water 1 cup

Ingredients For Tomato Rice:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices ½ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Whole spice 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Water as required

Chicken ko ek bowl men namak or sirkay kay pani men 30 minutes kay liye bgo de .Ab ek bowl men oil, pani, tomato paste, sirka or tamam masalay dal ker paste bana len.Ab pan men oil garam ker kay chicken ko fry ker len. Phir chicken per paste dal ker pan ko cover ker kay 45 minutes kay liye dum per chor den


Method for tomato rice
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko golden brown ker len. Ab lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker sauté karen phir tamam masalay, tomato paste or pani dal ker ublanay den phir chawal dal ker 15 minutes kay liye dum per chor den. Phir rice ko chicken kay sath serve karen.
