Eggless Dalgona Cupcakes



  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Thick Curd(yogurt)) 1/4 cup
  • Caster(powder) sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Coffee 1 ½ tsp
  • Warm water 1 tsp

Sieve together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix coffee and warm water. Beat the thick curd(yogurt) & caster sugar(sugar powder). Add 1/4 cup milk, oil, and vanilla essence. Mix all ingredients well and add half batter to the cupcake cases. In the remaining batter add the coffee and warm water and top the plain batter with this coffee batter. Bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
