Ingredients:

  • Shrimps(jheenge) ½ kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Crushed cumin(zeera) 1 tsp
  • Turmeric(haldi) ½ tsp
  • Coriander(dhnia) powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed tomatoes 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green coriander(hra dhnia) 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 grams

Method:
Heat oil and fry shrimps and set aside. add garlic. When feeling smell then add chopped tomatoes, crushed red chili, crushed onion, crushed cumin, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt then roast on high heat .when water dry then add coriander, tomato paste, and lemon juice, and fried shrimps leave on dum for 5 minutes.
