Gur Ka Sharbat Recipe



  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery (gur or vellam)
  • 1 tbsp ginger(adrk) juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups chilled water


  1. Dissolve jaggery(gurr) in water and filter it.

  3. Mix ginger and lemon juice to it.
  4. Add more water if needed.
  5. Serve it chilled to get refreshing taste.
