Ingredients:

  • Chicken minced(qeema) 300 gm
  • Pineapple ¾ cup
  • Chopped capsicum(shimla mrch) 1 cup
  • Green onion 2
  • Boiled macaroni 2 cup
  • Boiled noodles 2 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Pineapple juice ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chopped sausages(qeema roll slice) 3-4
  • Crushed ginger ½ tsp
  • Barbecue souce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce ½ cup

  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese ¾ cup

Method:

Heat oil adds crushed ginger to fry well. Add chicken mince(qeema), salt, and black pepper to cook well. Add soya sauce, barbecue sauce, chicken powder, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, chili sauce, and pineapple juice cook for 2 minutes. Add pineapple juice, chopped sausages(qeema roll slice), chopped green onion, chopped capsicum(Shimla mrch), boiled macaroni, and boiled noodles. Dish out and add cheddar cheese bake till cheese melts.
