Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
  • Yogurt 200 gm
  • Green chili sliced 2
  • Coriander(dhnia) and mint(podina) leave 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin(zeera) powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Papaya paste ½ tbsp

For Paste:

  • Cashew(kaju) nuts 12
  • Almonds(badam) 12
  • Coconuts 2 tbsp
  • Cloves(long) 3
  • Card amoms(ilachi) 2

  • Cinnamon(darchini) stick 4

Method :
1 Take a bowl to add in mutton. mix all ingredients to mutton pieces and marinate for 2 hrs
2 Now seal the lid 0f the pan.
3 cook under high flame for 2 minutes,
4 heat an old flat Tawa and place the mutton pan on it and cook for 5 minutes under the high flame,
5 when mutton gets heated reduce the flame and cook under dum undisturbed for 40 minutes.
6 after 40 minutes open the lid dum mutton is ready,
7 served with nan and chappati
