INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken (cubed) ½ kg
  • Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Coriander(dhnia) leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Gram flour(basen) ½ cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1

METHODS

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, add in the chicken cubes.

  3. Leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Then deep fry until golden brown.
  5. Serve with spring roll sauce.
