Eggs (lightly beaten) 4
Oil ¼ cup
Onions (finely chopped) 1 cup
Turmeric(hldi) 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 2
Salt to taste
Coriander(dhnia) Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Tomato (chopped) 1
Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions well.
Add the turmeric(hldi) powder, chili powder, and the green chilies, fry for half a minute, and then add the eggs and the seasoning.
Stir and cook till the eggs thicken, and then add the coriander leaves.
Serve hot with bread or chapattis.
