Mini Quiche With Frozen Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • White sauce 1 cup
  • Corn(mkai dane) 1/4 cup
  • Egg (boiled and chopped) 1
  • Chicken (boiled and chopped) ½ cup
  • Green chilies (chopped) 2
  • Coriander (dhnia)leaves (chopped) 2tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Cheese (grated) 3 tbsp
  • Frozen parathas 3-4

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and keep them aside. Cut the frozen paratha into 4 portions and place each piece in the muffin baking tray. Spray the tray with oil and then with your fingers just press the paratha quarter in each mold to form a cup-type shape. Then pour the vegetable mixture in each mold and bake at 200 degrees C for approx. 20 minutes. Serve hot.
