Ingredients:

  • Sponge cake(simple cack with low suger) 1
  • Caster sugar(sugr powder) 1/3 cup
  • Hot water ¾ cup
  • Coffee 2 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Cream cheese 8 ounce
  • Vanilla ½ tsp
  • Melted chocolate 4 ounce
  • Caster sugar(suger powder) ½ cup
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Grated(kdukash or pieces) chocolate for garnishing

Method:

In a bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, add in milk and vanilla, stir in 4 ounces melted chocolate, put sponge cake cubes into each dessert each, drizzle a tbsp of coffee liquid over the cake, then a heaped tbsp of cream cheese mixture, repeat layers once again, decorate the top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
