Ingredients:
- Sponge cake(simple cack with low suger) 1
- Caster sugar(sugr powder) 1/3 cup
- Hot water ¾ cup
- Coffee 2 tbsp
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Cream cheese 8 ounce
- Vanilla ½ tsp
- Melted chocolate 4 ounce
- Caster sugar(suger powder) ½ cup
- Milk ¼ cup
- Grated(kdukash or pieces) chocolate for garnishing
Method:
In a bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, add in milk and vanilla, stir in 4 ounces melted chocolate, put sponge cake cubes into each dessert each, drizzle a tbsp of coffee liquid over the cake, then a heaped tbsp of cream cheese mixture, repeat layers once again, decorate the top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
