  • Beef mince 1 cup

  • Tomato chopped 2 medium
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Potato cubes 1 medium
  • Carrot cubes 1 medium
  • Capsicum(shimla mrch) cubes 1 medium
  • Green peas ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric(hldi) powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin(zeera) crushed 1 tsp
  • Roasted coriander(dhnia) crushed 1 tsp
  • Green chili big julienne 2
  • Fresh coriander(hra dhnia) chopped for garnish

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko light brown ker lain phir lehsan, adrak or michon ka paste dal ker bhoon lain phir tamam masalay or qeema dal ker achi tarhan bhunai ker lian phir tomato or dahi dal ker mix karen or dum per chor den jab qeema gal jae to khoob achi tarhan bhunai ker lain itna kay oil or gravay alag ho jae .
