Peshawari Karahi Gosht Recipe



  • Mutton boiled 500 grams
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Dry Red Chilies 4
  • Green Chili slits 3
  • Turmeric(hldi) powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander (dhnia)chopped as required

In a pan add garlic, ginger, and dry red chilies to allow it to sauté for a few minutes. Add in chopped tomatoes, sprinkle salt, allspice powder, and turmeric and sauté till the tomatoes become soft . Once the tomatoes are cooked add the mutton pieces and sauté add curd (dhi) and cook until oil separated. Finally, add green Chili slits, green coriander and ginger then serve.
