Ingredients:

  • Mutton 750 grams
  • Onion 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green cardamoms (ilachi)8
  • Black cardamoms(bri ilachi) 1
  • Black pepper 10
  • Cinnamon(darchini) 1
  • Star anise(badiyan k phool) 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Button red chilies 4-5
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Almonds(badam) 50 grams
  • Cashew nuts(kaju) 50 grams
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Curd (dhi)1-1/2 cups

For Temper:

  • Oil 1/2cup
  • Button red chilies 4-5

Method:
Take a pan and add whole spices and fry until fragrant. Now add boiled mutton and fry it until it changes its color. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it for another minute. Now add boiled and blended onions and cook it for a few minutes. Now add salt and white pepper and curd and cook until oil separates. Now In a blender add cream cashew nuts and almonds and make a paste and set aside. Now add button red chilies to the chicken and mix and add cream mixture and mix well. In the last heat, the oil adds button red chilies and gives temper to your chicken. Mutton white Qorma is ready serves it with naan
