- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Whole dried milk 1 cup
- Saffron(zafran) 2 pinch
- Almonds(badam), pistachios(pista) as required
- Sterling silver(chandi wrq) leaf as required
Add boiled rice in milk and cook until they got mixed well. Now add sugar, saffron, and whole dried milk and cook until it gets thick. Then take out prepared kheer in sand pots and garnish with almonds, pistachios, and sterling silver leaf.
