Ingredients For Filling:

  • Chicken mince 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chili pastes 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • cumin(zeera) powder 1 tsp
  • all spices powder ½ tsp
  • Spring onion chopped ¼ cup
  • Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander(dhnia) chopped 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 1

For Dough:

  • Flour 500 grams
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Manda Patti as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:
In a pan heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste .then add chicken mince and roast .after this all filling spices add and well cook .then add green onion, green chili, egg, and green coriander mix and set aside .now all dough ingredients mix and knead then leave for 10 to 15 minutes .after this make balls and roll it then place manda Patti then keep chicken mixture .finally fold it for 4 sides .then fry in oil and serve.
