Crispy Potato Fingers Recipe



  • Semolina(suji) ½ cup boiled
  • Grated (kdukash)potatoes 2 cups
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander(hra dhnia) leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Beaten eggs 1-2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Ingredients Cheese Sauce:

  • Cream cheese 3 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp


In a pan add half a cup of water, butter, when its boiling adds suji and cook on low heat, keep stirring till a ball is formed in the center, remove from heat and cool, mix in 2 cups of boiled potatoes with all the seasonings, chopped greens, mix well, grease hands, shape into thin long fingers, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs, deep fry till crisp. Serve with cheese sauce.
