Fish Donuts Recipe
Ingredients:
Boneless Fish Mince | ½ kg |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 tbsp |
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes | 2 |
Eggs | 3 |
Crushed Cumin Seeds | 1 tbsp |
Gram Flour(basen) | 1 tbsp |
Red Chili Powder | 1 tbsp |
Mint(podina) Leaves | 1 bunch |
All-Purpose Flour(meda) | 1 cup |
Green Chilies | 5-6 |
Bread Crumbs | 1 cup |
Baking Powder | ½ tsp |
Oil | for frying |
Salt | to taste |
Recipe Method:
Take 2 potatoes and boil them and mash them. Now take 5-6 green chilies, 1 bunch of mint leaves chopped it finely, and set aside.
Take a mixing bowl to add ½ kg of boneless fish mince, boiled and mashed potatoes, 3 eggs, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup bread crumbs, ½ tsp of baking powder, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, add 5-6 finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped 1 bunch of mint leaves and add to taste salt mix it well and make a hard dough.
