Ingredients For Dough:
- Flour or meda 3 cups
- Yeast 2 ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Milk powder 2 tbsp
- Warm water to knead(gundne k lie) as required
Ingredients For Stuffing:
- seekh kebab as required
- Cream cheese cubes as required
- Coriander (dhnia)leaves 4 tbsp
Ingredients For Topping:
- Melted butter 2tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Sesame(till) seeds as requiredBeaten egg 1
Method:
Knead the dough with warm water and leave it for 2 hours till double in volume, punch down dough, shape dough into 2 rectangles, put mon Salwa kebabs lengthwise with cream cheese and coriander, roll like a swiss roll, place on greased baking tray, brush with egg butter, sprinkle sesame(till) seeds and coriander bake on 180 d for 30 mins, cut into 2 inch pieces and serve as a starter.
