Mini Quiche With Frozen Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:
- White sauce 1 cup
- Corn(mkai dane) 1/4 cup
- Egg (boiled and chopped) 1
- Chicken (boiled and chopped) ½ cup
- Green chilies (chopped) 2
- Coriander (dhnia)leaves (chopped) 2tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Eggs 2
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Cheese (grated) 3 tbsp
- Frozen parathas 3-4
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and keep them aside. Cut the frozen paratha into 4 portions and place each piece in the muffin baking tray. Spray the tray with oil and then with your fingers just press the paratha quarter in each mold to form a cup-type shape. Then pour the vegetable mixture in each mold and bake at 200 degrees C for approx. 20 minutes. Serve hot.
