  • Noodles 1packet
  • Beef mince 1/2kg
  • Onion 2
  • Lemon 3
  • Chopped tomato 3
  • Chopped green chillies 6
  • Whole red chillies 8
  • Oil 1/2cup
  • Turmeric (hldi) 1tsp
  • White cumin (zeer) 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Coriander seeds(khusk dhnia) 1tbsp
  • Salt as required

Grind Coriander seeds and cumin seeds. Boil noodles. Now in a wok heat oil sauté ginger garlic paste and onion, then add tomatoes. When water dries add mince, salt and turmeric. Cook nicely after mince water dries add whole red chillie and green chillies, now add grinded masala and lemon juice and give dum for 5 minutes. In last add boil noodles. Serve hot.
