  • Bread sliced 4 pieces
  • Eggs 4
  • Flour(Meda) 50gm
  • Bread crumbs 250gm
  • Mozzarella cheese 100gm
  • Chicken boiled 100gm
  • Black olives 10gm
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper 2gm
  • Mint(podina) and mayo dip 60gm

Ingredients For Dip:

  • Mayonnaise 1cup
  • Mint(podina) ½ bunches
  • Salt as required
  • green chili as required
  • Vinegar(sirka) 10ml
  • Fresh cream 50ml
  • Garlic 5gm
  • Lemon juice 1

Shredded the boiled chicken put in the bowl add salt, crushed black pepper, mint mayo and mix well.

Take the slices of bread cut the corners of the bread press the bread with your hand or roller spread it stuffing on the bread and put mozzarella cheese and olives on the stuffing and cover with another bread.


line up the bowls in the order of flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, to make it easy to coat the sandwich.

coat the sandwich in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs.

Heat the deep pan with over medium heat and fry it nicely in golden color.


Served with mint mayo dip.

Method For Dip:
Chopped the garlic and mint, green chilli mixed in the mayo add salt, vinegar, fresh cream. Make the smooth dip.
