Ingredients:

  • Fish cubes 500 gm
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili(lal mrch) crushed 1tsp
  • Turmeric (haldi)powder ½ tsp
  • Mustard seeds(rai) 1tsp
  • Fennel(sonf) crushed 1tsp
  • Coriander(dhnia) crushed 1tsp
  • Dried ginger(soonth) crushed 1tsp
  • Onion seeds (kalonji)1tsp
  • Green chili 2 – 3
  • Fresh coriander(hera dhnia) for garnish
  • Ginger(adrk) julienne(barik cut) for garnish

METHOD:
Oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste sauté ker len. Phir Haldi or Tamam masala dal ker bhoon len phir tomato puree or dahi dal ker masala achi tarhan bhoon len phir fish dal ker 5 se 7 minutes tak pakean jab fish gal jae to hari mirchen, dhania or adrak dal ker 1 minute tak taiz anch per karahi ko bhoon len. Phir dhania or adrak dal ker serve Karen.
