  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Potato cubes 2 cups
  • Peas 1 ½ cup
  • Hot water 1 cup + 1 cup
  • Carrot sliced 1 ½ cup
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
