Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Red color pinch
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp heaped
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour(mkai ata) 2 tbsp
  • Chat masala to sprinkle as required

Method:

Boil undercut with ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and ½ cup of water till tender, keep aside. Now marinate the cooked undercut with ginger garlic paste, schezwan sauce, chili powder, color, salt, chili sauce, black pepper, egg, mix well, keep it for 30 mins, then add in it 3 tbsp flour and cornflour, mix all together, deep fry till golden, remove in a plate, sprinkle with chat masala, serve with any chutney.
