Ingredients:

  • Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 3- 4 cloves
  • Green chili 1
  • Red chili whole 5 to 6
  • Whole black pepper 5 to 6
  • Coriander(dhnia) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin(zeera) 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Carom(ajwain) 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3- 4 tbsp

For Sideline:

  • Onion julienned(barik) 1
  • Tomato julienned 1
  • Capsicum(shima mrch) julienned 1
  • Lemon slices 4- 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Chapatti 2

METHOD:
For fish marinate, mix all ingredients of fish to form a paste. Apply fish and keep for 3 to 4 hours in a fridge. Grease the pan with oil cook fish from both sides for 4 minutes. Keep in serving dish and serve with the sideline. For sideline heat oil in a pan add all ingredients cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minute, serve.
