Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts with bone 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin(zeera) 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander(dry dhnia) 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped parsley (ajwain)1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Thyme leaves(jangli podina) ½ tsp

  • Capsicum(shimla) 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Siracha sauce (chili souce)2 tbsp

Method:

Marinate chicken strips with all the given ingredients for 30 mins. Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and pan-fry chicken fry for 5 mins, add ¼ cup water, cover and cook till chicken is done, add in the veggies, cook for just 5 mins, serve on a hot sizzler with rice mold.
