Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Yellow bell pepper(shimla mrch) julienne(barik cut) ½
  • Red bell pepper julienne ½
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Iceberg lettuce (salad leaf) 5 cups
  • Avocado(nashpati) sliced 1
  • Coriander(hra dhnia) leaves sliced 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber(kheera) 1 sliced
  • Tomato 1 sliced
  • Sour cream to serve

Ingredients For Dressing:

  • Olive oil ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin (zeera)crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

Make the dressing by mixing all together and shaking well, marinate the chicken fillet with half the dressing then grill the marinated chicken in ¼ cup oil until done.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan, stir fry onion with bell peppers, keep aside. Put all the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl with cooked chicken cut into strips, drizzle the remaining dressing, serve with extra dressing and sour cream.
