Ingredients:

  • Butter 225g
  • Caster sugar(pisi hui chini) 225g
  • Eggs 4
  • Refined flour (maida)225g
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

Method:
Except for cocoa powder blend all the ingredients for 1-2mins and make a smooth paste. Then in 2 bowls pour the mixture. In one mixture add 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Now in a baking tin grease it and pour 1 spoon from both the mixtures. Then set the oven at 180degrees and bake it for 45-55mins and serve it at room temperature.
