INGREDIENTS
- Plain Flour(meda) ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yeast 2 tbsp
- Dry Milk 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Caster(pisi hui) Sugar 1 tbs Ingredients For Filling
- Chicken (shredded) 1-1/2 cup
- Finely Chopped Onion 1
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chillies 2
- Plain Flour 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cheddar Cheese 4 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- White Sesame Seeds(till) for garnish
- Butter for brush
METHODS
- In luke warm water add sugar, yeast and leave it until double.
- Now in a plain flour add salt, dry milk, oil, ½ egg, yeast mixture and mix, knead the dough.
- Then leave the dough until double. For filling:
- Heat butter, oil add onion, green chillies and fry.
- Now add plain flour and little fry.
- Then add milk, salt, black pepper and mix.
- When mixture is thick add chicken, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, cheddar cheese mix and let it cool.
- Now roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin.
- Then add the filling mixture, cut the corner and fold it.
- Add egg with the help of brush, sprinkle white sesame(till) oil and in a preheat oven bake it 180c untill change the color .
- Take it out, add butter with the help of brush.
