  • Chicken liver (small pieces) ½ kg
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Peri sauce 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken stock(yakhni) ½ cup
  • Parsley as required

Mix flour in the liver. Fry liver with 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp of oil
In another pan remaining oil and butter fry garlic.
Also add tomato puree, black pepper, and chicken stock. Let the boil come.
Add cream and mix. Add chicken liver and cook. Dish out and garnish with parsley.
