Unsalted Baked Chicken Ingredients:

  • Chicken with skins 1-1/2 kg
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder(haldi) ½ tbsp
  • Food color ½ tbsp
  • Olives oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Baked Chicken:
  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • Black pepper ½ tbsp
  • Food color ½ tbsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Baked Mutton:

  • Mutton 2 kg
  • All spice powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Food color ½ tbsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Rice:

  • Rice 3 kg
  • Cumin 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 450 gm
  • Chicken stock 6 cubes
  • Oil 2 cup

Red Tomato Sauce:

  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Vinegar(sirka) ½ cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 100 gm
  • Garlic 100 gm
  • Grilled Vegetable:
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Green chilies 200 gm
  • Onion 400 gm

Beef Boti:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Onion water ½ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ½ cup

Beef Kabab:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Fat 200 gm

Chicken Kabab:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Fat 200 gm
  • Salt to taste

Method:
For unsalted baked chicken, the chicken washes well. Add allspice powder, salt, olive oil, turmeric powder, and food color mix well and leave for 2 hours. Keep in try bake for 25 to 30 minutes till it’s done. Remove and serve.

Baked Chicken:
Wash chicken well add black pepper, salt, paprika, and oil mix well. Add food color leave for 2 hours. Keep in a baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

For Rice:
Heat oil fry onion till golden brown comes. Add water with salt, cumin, and chicken stock cook till boil comes. Add rice cook till water dries out. turn the flame low and leave for a simmer of 20 minutes. Remove in serving dish.

Baked Mutton:
Wash mutton well. Add allspice powder, turmeric, salt, and food color mix well. Add oil in mutton and leave for marinating for 2 hours. Add on a baking tray and bake for 40 to 4 minutes till it’s done.

Red Tomato Sauce:
Wash all vegetables and blend in grinder with salt, water, and vinegar. Serve with the platter.

Grilled Vegetables:
Wash all vegetables cut into cubes. Pierce on skewers and grill them.

Beef Boti:
Wash beef add onion water, garlic paste, salt, and oil, marinate for 2 hours. Give smoke of coal.

Beef Kabab:
Add onion, salt, fat to beef blend well, and keep in the fridge for 1 hour. Give a shape of kabab and cook on the grill.

Chicken Kabab:
Blend chicken with onion, salt, fat in the chopper and keep in the fridge for 1 hour. Pierce on skewer and grill well.
