INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1⁄2 Cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1⁄4 Cup ham, sliced
  • 2-4 Tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated

Making Method Step-by-Step

Step. 1

Add ham and mushrooms to beaten eggs.

Step. 2

Coat the frying pan with cooking spray or oil and heat it.

Step. 3

Cook the egg mixture in the heated pan until it is almost set. After turning over, sprinkle cheese on top of the set egg. Cook the cheese until it melts.

Accompany with rice, bread, or hashbrowns.

Step. 5

Sometimes I also add chopped bell peppers or green onions, depending on what we have on hand.
