Ingredients For Dough:

  • Flour or meda 3 cups
  • Yeast 2 ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Warm water to knead(gundne k lie) as required

Ingredients For Stuffing:

  • seekh kebab as required
  • Cream cheese cubes as required
  • Coriander (dhnia)leaves 4 tbsp

Ingredients For Topping:

  • Melted butter 2tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Sesame(till) seeds as required

Method:

Knead the dough with warm water and leave it for 2 hours till double in volume, punch down dough, shape dough into 2 rectangles, put mon Salwa kebabs lengthwise with cream cheese and coriander, roll like a swiss roll, place on greased baking tray, brush with egg butter, sprinkle sesame(till) seeds and coriander bake on 180 d for 30 mins, cut into 2 inch pieces and serve as a starter.
