Kachnar Gosht Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Meat (boiled) ½ kg
  • Kachnar ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gms
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander(dhnia) Powder 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric(hldi) Powder 1tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Oil 1 cup

METHODS

  1. Boil kachnar.
  2. Now in a pan, heat add onion and fry.
  • Then add meat, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder,salt,coriander(dhnia) powder, garam masala powder and cover it for 20 minutes.
  • When tomatoes are tender, and fry well.
  • Add kachnar and cook for few minutes.
  • Now add yogurt, green chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Removes from the stove.
  • Kachnar Gosht is ready.
