INGREDIENTS

  • White chickpea(chane) (boiled) 3cups
  • Yogurt 1-1/2cup
  • Potatoes (boiled) 1cup
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2tsp
  • Onion sliced 1cup
  • Tomatoes cut in cubes 2
  • Green chili sliced 4
  • Coriander(dhnia) chopped 4tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp(imli ka guda) 1cup
  • Coriander(dhnia) powder 1tbsp
  • Cumin(zeera) powder 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Paapri 1cup
  • Chaat masala 2tbsp

METHODS

  1. For tamarind(imli) sauce add tamarind(imli) paste, coriander (dhnia)powder and cumin(zeera) powder, salt and some sugar to mix.

  3. Now add the leftover sugar in yogurt and whip it.
  4. Now in a platter add all the ingredients on top of the other to serve.
