INGREDIENTS
- White chickpea(chane) (boiled) 3cups
- Yogurt 1-1/2cup
- Potatoes (boiled) 1cup
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2tsp
- Onion sliced 1cup
- Tomatoes cut in cubes 2
- Green chili sliced 4
- Coriander(dhnia) chopped 4tbsp
- Tamarind pulp(imli ka guda) 1cup
- Coriander(dhnia) powder 1tbsp
- Cumin(zeera) powder 1tbsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Paapri 1cup
- Chaat masala 2tbsp

METHODS
- For tamarind(imli) sauce add tamarind(imli) paste, coriander (dhnia)powder and cumin(zeera) powder, salt and some sugar to mix.
- Now add the leftover sugar in yogurt and whip it.
- Now in a platter add all the ingredients on top of the other to serve.
