Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd(krele) ½ kg
  • Onion sliced 1 large
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin(zeera) seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Turmeric(hldi) 1 tsp

Method:
Peel (cheelna) it bitter gourd .then sprinkling the salt .then wash and cut in 2-inch pieces .now heat oil and add Bitter gourd and fry for 5 minutes then remove and set aside .after this in heated oil add onion and fry garlic and ginger .now add red chili powder, turmeric(hldi) and cumin(zeera) then fry for half minutes .finally add cream, yogurt, and salt and cook for 10 minutes .then add bitter gourd and cook then serve.
