INGREDIENTS

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Semolina(suji) ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Yellow color ¼ tsp
  • Green cardamom(ilchi) powder 1 tsp
  • Soda by carb(meetha soda) ½ tsp
  • Water to make batter
  • Ghee for frying

METHODS

  1. Put all in a bowl except ghee, make into a thin batter

  3. Cover and leave it for 4 hours, just before frying
  4. Add ½ tsp soda by carb(meetha soda), mix well, deep fry in a tai or large fry pan in ghee

  6. Serve with balai or rabri.
