INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Mince half kg
- Bread Slices 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion (ground) 1
- Raw papaya(kcha papita) Paste 1 tbsp
- Gram Flour(basen) (roasted) 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Mace(jaiwtri) ¼ tsp
- Nutmeg(jaifel) ¼ tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper 1 tbsp
- Coriander (dry dhnia)(roasted & crushed) 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves hra dhnia)(chopped) 2 tbsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Oil half cup
- Onion (chopped) 1 cup

METHODS
- Marinate mince with all the ingredients except oil(oil k ilawa) and chopped onion for 2 hours mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry chopped onion till golden.
- Add in the mince fry for 15 mins till its become brown serve garnish with onion rings, haraa masala , lemon wedges serve with paratha.
