Mouth Melting Garlic Rolls



  • Fish fillet ½ kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Parsley(ajwain) 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Flour (meda)as required
  • Oil as required
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp


Wash the fish fillet well and dry, season with salt, both the peppers and lemon juice, put bread crumbs in a bowl, season with salt, pepper parsley, parmesan cheese, paprika, mixed herbs, garlic powder.


In another bowl add cream and egg, beat together, put flour in a dish, grease an ovenproof dish with oil, coat fish in flour, then in egg, and cream mixture, then coat well in bread crumbs, put in a baking dish, bake for 20 mins. then serve.
