Ingredients:
- Mutton Boneless 500 gm
- Onion ¾ cup
- Green Chilies finely Chopped 4
- Gram Flour Roasted(bhune chane ka ata) 2 ½ tbsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Egg 1
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger Finely Chopped 2 inch piece
- For The Curry
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Coriander(dhnia) Leaves 2 tsp
- Turmeric(hldi) powder 1 tsp
- Onion Sliced Half
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes Chopped 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 ½”
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Method:
For kofta curry:
- To make the koftas, grind the meat with onion, green chilies,
- Gram flour, Salt, egg, red chili powder, star spices powder and ginger.
- Make small balls with this mixture and keep aside.
- For the curry, stir fry the onions, till golden brown.
- Mix in coriander leaves, haldi, garam masala, garlic paste,
- Tomatoes chooped, , ginger, Salt and red chili powder with enough water to make a gravy.
- Bring it to a boil add koftas and simmer (boil slowly at low temperature) for 20 to 30 mins, till the mixture gets separated from oil.
- Decorate with cut coriander leaves before serving the mutton kofta.
- Serve hot with chapati and share the yummy mutton kofta curry recipe among friends and family.
