Mutton Kofta Curry

Ingredients

  • 500 GM Mutton Boneless
  • ¾ Cup Onion
  • 4 Green Chilies finely Chopped
  • 2 ½ Tbsp Gram Flour Roasted(bhuna chane ka ata)
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Inch piece Ginger Finely Chopped

For The Curry

  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tsp Coriander(dhania) Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric(haldi) powder
  • Half Onion Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

Method For Making Recipe:

  1. To make the koftas, grind the meat with onion, green chilies,
  • Gram flour, Salt, egg, red chili powder, star spice powder, and ginger.
  • Make small balls with this mixture and keep them aside.
  • For the curry, stir-fry the onions, till golden brown.
  • Mix in coriander leaves, haldi, garam masala, garlic paste,
  • Tomatoes chopped, ginger, Salt, and red chili powder with enough water to make a gravy.
  • Please bring it to a boil add koftas and simmer (boil slowly at low temperature) for 20 to 30 mins, till the mixture gets separated from oil.
  • Decorate with cut coriander leaves before serving the mutton kofta.
  • Serve hot with chapati and share the yummy mutton kofta curry recipe with friends and family.
