Ingredients
- 500 GM Mutton Boneless
- ¾ Cup Onion
- 4 Green Chilies finely Chopped
- 2 ½ Tbsp Gram Flour Roasted(bhuna chane ka ata)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Inch piece Ginger Finely Chopped
For The Curry
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tsp Coriander(dhania) Leaves
- 1 Tsp Turmeric(haldi) powder
- Half Onion Sliced
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 ½ Ginger
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
Method For Making Recipe:
- To make the koftas, grind the meat with onion, green chilies,
Gram flour, Salt, egg, red chili powder, star spice powder, and ginger.
Make small balls with this mixture and keep them aside.
For the curry, stir-fry the onions, till golden brown.
Mix in coriander leaves, haldi, garam masala, garlic paste,
Tomatoes chopped, ginger, Salt, and red chili powder with enough water to make a gravy.
Please bring it to a boil add koftas and simmer (boil slowly at low temperature) for 20 to 30 mins, till the mixture gets separated from oil.
Decorate with cut coriander leaves before serving the mutton kofta.
