Ingredients
- 500 GM Mutton Boneless
- ¾ Cup Onion
- 4 Green Chilies finely Chopped
- 2 ½ Tbsp Gram Flour Roasted(bhuna chane ka ata)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Inch piece Ginger Finely Chopped
For The Curry
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tsp Coriander(dhania) Leaves
- 1 Tsp Turmeric(haldi) powder
- Half Onion Sliced
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 ½ Ginger
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
Method For Making Recipe:
- To make the koftas, grind the meat with onion, green chilies,
- Gram flour, Salt, egg, red chili powder, star spice powder, and ginger.
- Make small balls with this mixture and keep them aside.
- For the curry, stir-fry the onions, till golden brown.
- Mix in coriander leaves, haldi, garam masala, garlic paste,
- Tomatoes chopped, ginger, Salt, and red chili powder with enough water to make a gravy.
- Please bring it to a boil add koftas and simmer (boil slowly at low temperature) for 20 to 30 mins, till the mixture gets separated from oil.
- Decorate with cut coriander leaves before serving the mutton kofta.
- Serve hot with chapati and share the yummy mutton kofta curry recipe with friends and family.
