  • 500 Gram Butter
  • 2kg Mutton
  • 1kg Onion slice
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 12 Pc Clove
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander(dhania) powder
  • 1 Tbsp Black peppercorn
  • 3 Stick Cinnamon(marching)
  • 3 Bay leave(taij pat)
  • 4 Pc Large cardamom(elaichi bri)
  • ½ Tbsp Turmeric(haldi)
  • 2 Tbsp Red chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • ½ Level tsp Mace powder(javitri)
  • ½ Level tsp Nutmeg powder(jaifel)
  • 1 Tsp Allspice
  • 500 Gram Yogurt
  • 1 Gram Saffron(Safran dood me beige hua) soaked in milk

Method For Making Recipe:

  1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker add clove(long), black pepper, cinnamon(marching) stick, bay leave(taij pat, and large cardamom, cook 1 minute add sliced onions and cook again till soft and become yellow, add mutton and ginger garlic paste cook 6 minutes reduce mutton water add remaining spice and yogurt accept saffron and garam masala

  3. Again cook for 5 minutes now add a 2-liter water and cover it for 50 minutes till the mutton becomes tender, know to add garam masala and saffron cook for 5 minutes on slow flame for fragrance
  4. Served hot with nan
