INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta boiled 1 packet
  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Carrot chopped 2
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp

METHODS

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan, add 1 tsp chopped garlic and fry well.

  3. Now add 1 tsp chopped ginger with 250 gm chicken and fry well.
  4. Add 1 cup mushrooms and 2 chopped carrots, fry for 1 minute.
  5. Now add 1 cup stock, 3 tbsp soya sauce, ½ cup tomato ketchup

  7. Add 1 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 1 tbsp vinegar.
  8. Thickens the mixture with 1 tbsp corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp water.
  9. Lastly add 1 packet boiled pasta and serve.
