- Sugar 100 gram
- Egg white 50 gram
- Fresh cream 30 gram
- Peach (cubes) 50 gram
- Strawberry puree 1 tbsp
Mix sugar and egg white in a bowl and beat them together. Make a shell of them and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 C.
Now take them out and keep it to chill.
Now do the topping with fresh cream, strawberry puree, and peach.
