Baked Afghani Wings

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings 1 kg
  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Ginger Garlic (lehson adrk)2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Tomato Paste ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
In chicken wings add Salt, Black Pepper (crushed, Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, and Ginger Garlic. Now put wings on the baking tray, also place potatoes in it, tomato and green chilies. Pour butter and oil and bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
