INGREDIENTS

  • Fish boneless cut into fingers ½ kg
  • Flour and corn flour ½ cup each
  • Cornflakes (crushed) 1 ½ cup
  • 2 eggs,
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Milk as required
  • Chilled milk to make batter
  • Baking powder half tsp

METHODS

  1. Marinate fish with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, make batter with flour, corn flour, remaining seasonings, egg, chili sauce, batter should be thick. Dip fish in batter and deep fry.
