Ingredients:
Chicken Wings 750 gm
Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1tbsp
Tara Garam Masala 2tsps
Red Chili (Crushed) 2tsps
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric(Haldi) 1/2tsp
Red Chili Powder 1tsp
Yogurt (dahi) 1/4 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Fenugreek(methi) 2tsp
Garnish:
Coriander (hara dhania)(chopped) 2 tbsp
Green Chilies (chopped) 4-5
Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
Mint leaves(pudina) (chopped) 2 tbsp
Lemon 3-4
ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat the oil on tawa, Add chicken wings with garlic and ginger and fry until light golden brown.
Add tomatoes, yogurt, and all spices, cover, and cook until chicken wings are done and masala separates oil.
Serve hot with garnish.
