The Texas Turtle Burger is a deliciously indulgent dish that combines juicy beef patties, melted cheese, crispy bacon, and savory mushrooms, all sandwiched between two grilled portobello mushroom caps. Here’s a recipe to make your own:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

Prepare the Portobello Mushrooms:
